Before Exercise:

Peppermint
Basil
Rosemary

All three stimulate circulation and peppermint increases stamina. Apply on your neck, around your nose and on your wrists.

During Exercise:

Tangerine
Orange

Citrus oils refresh the brain and nerve endings.

Try using in a spritzer bottle and spray your muscles. Of course don’t spray other people or the machines.

Post Exercise:

Lavender
Rosewood

Calm sore muscles and strengthen skin.
