Essential Oil of Idaho Blue Spruce

Grown, harvested, and distilled on Young Living’s farm in northern Idaho, blue spruce (Picea pungens) contains high percentages of the plant constituents alpha-pinene and limonene. Applied topically, blue spruce has been known to relieve tense and stressed muscles, while the woodsy aroma of this oil invigorates the senses, brings peace to the mind, and relaxes the body. Its aromatic influences also help open and release emotional blocks, bringing a feeling of balance and peaceful security.

The refreshing, invigorating, and strengthening properties of blue spruce also have a long history of use in the sauna, steam bath, and as an additive to baths or massage oils.

herbal tea.

Suggested Use
• Dietary: Add 2 drops to a capsule and take as a dietary
supplement.
• Topical: Apply 2–4 drops topically to skin irritations, cuts,
or wherever desired. Dilution is not required, except for the
most sensitive skin.
• Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily

Essential Oil of R.C.

R.C. contains powerful therapeutic-grade essential oils that are invigorating when applied, especially to the chest and throat area. R.C. is a wonderful blend to diffuse during winter.

R.C. gives relief from colds, bronchitis, sore throats, sinusitis, coughs and respiratory congestion. Decongest sinus passages, combats lung infections and relieves allergy symptoms.

Product tips: To combat sinus/lung congestion: Add R.C., Raven, or Wintergreen to bowl of hot, steaming water. Place a towel over your head and water/oil mixture and inhale the steam. Combine with Raven (alternating morning and night) and Thieves to enhance effects

Applications: For topical or aromatic use. Diffuse in living area and workplace. Apply on chest, neck, ears and bottoms of feet. Use with a compression chest and back. Possible skin sensitivity, If pregnant or under a doctor’s care consult your physician. Dilution recommended for both topical and internal use. Dilute 1 part EO to 1 part organic vegetable oil. Essential Oil of Purification


Purification essential oil blend contains citronella, lemongrass, lavandin, rosemary, melaleuca, and myrtle essential oils that help cleanse and disinfect the air. When diffused, it helps to purify and cleanse the environmental impurities including cigarette smoke and other disagreeable odors. Purification can be used directly on the skin to cleanse and soothe insect bites, cuts, and scrapes.

 Suggested Use

• Topical: Apply directly, or for more sensitive skins, dilute 1 drop to 1 drop of V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex and apply to cuts, bites, sores, bruises, or wounds. Add 2–4 drops to bath water.

• Aromatic: Diffuse 15–30 minutes every 3–4 hours or directly inhale. Put 4–8 drops on cotton balls or tissues and put in or on air vents.

Essential Oil of Christmas Spirit

Christmas Spirit™ is a sweet, spicy blend of orange, cinnamon, and spruce essential oils that tap into the happiness, joy, and security associated with the holiday season. With Christmas Spirit on hand, simply open a bottle and start diffusing!

It is very high antiviral, high anti-carcinogen and immune stimulating compound. Christmas spirit is a beautiful blend for your immune system. The esters are very calming and the high phenols, which are oxygen molecules, (aldehydes and coumarins), are very supportive to the circulatory system but the cinnamon aldehyde in the Cinnamon oil and the eugenol is very hot, so use this oil caustic to the skin. If you are going to wear it, you need to put it with a little V-6 oil when you put it on.

It’s anti-infectious, it’s antibacterial and has a large spectrum of action against bacteria-98% against pathogenic bacteria’s! It’s antiviral, anti-fungal, anti-toxins, anti-parasitic, and antiseptic.

Applications: for aromatic use. Diffuse or sprinkle on logs in the fireplace, on Christmas trees, on cedar chips for dresser drawers, or on potpourri. Can be used all year round. Splash a few drops on your paper vacuum cleaner bag for a treat when cleaning the house. Apply 1-2 drops over the back of the neck, on the temples, on the soles of the feet, and under the tongue. Possible skin sensitivity. If pregnant of under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Dilution recommended for both topical and internal use. Dilute before using on sensitive areas such as the face, neck, etc. Keep out of the reach of children. Avoid using on infants and very small children.

Myrrh: Young Living Essential Oil

Myrrh (Commipihora myrrha) has a rich, smoky, balsamic aroma that is purifying, restorative, revitalizing, and uplifting. It is a helpful aid to meditation, having one of the highest levels of sesquiterpenes available. Sesquiterpenes are a class of compounds that have a direct effect on the hypothalamus, pituitary, and amygdala, the seat of our emotions. Myrrh is referenced throughout the Old and New Testaments of the Bible. The Arabian people believed it helped wrinkled, chapped, and cracked skin. Today, myrrh is widely used in oral hygiene products

Uses: Myrrh essential oil is a powerful antioxidant and can be used for issues such as candida, ringworm, eczema, diabetes, cancer, hepatitis, tooth/gum infections, skin conditions such as chapped, cracked, wrinkled skin and/or stretch marks

Fragrance: Promotes spiritual awareness and is uplifting. Myrrh contains sesquiterpenes which stimulates the limbic system of the brain (the center of memory and emotions) and the hypothalamus, pineal and pituitary glands. The hypothalamus is the master gland of the human body, producing many vital hormones including thryroil and growth hormone.

How to use:

Dietary Supplement: Put 2 drops in a capsule. Take three times daily or as needed.

Topical: Apply 2-4 drops directly to desired area. Dilution not required, except for the most sensitive skin. Use as needed

Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour three times daily.
